One of the best things about the wedding day, in my opinion, is the ceremony. Whether its an hour or more, or a quick 15 minutes, there is no escaping the looks. That is the ones that are in the eyes of the bride and groom as they look at each other over the "hugging hands" (that's what my 4 year old calls it when we hold hands), the ones in the bright shining smiles as they come down the aisle, the ones in their parents faces as they look on their children with pride. The looks of their family and friends as they get swept up in the romance, or the excitement of the moment right after the ceremony because its time to party! Or the looks of boredom on the children's faces, too innocent to realize how big of a deal this day is -- but we wouldn't have it any other way. The way Erin and Doug looked at each other in the ceremony - and all day - that kind of love can't help but rub off on you. Stephanie and I were honored to photograph the day, and capture some of those looks :) <3
